Ingredients
- 1/3 C. each sesame oil, hoisin, soy sauce
- Grated garlic and ginger
- Zest and juice of a lime
- Honey and chili paste to taste
- Splash of fish sauce
- Sausage
- Thawed peas
- Cooked rice
- Scallions
Instructions
- Brown your sausage
- Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for your sauce
- Add cooked rice and peas to sausage
- pour sauce over the entire thing
- Fold gently to combine
- Garnish with thinly sliced scallions
