Cheesy Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes
Roasted potatoes and sprouts on a bed of garlicky, peppery parmesan.

Ingredients
- Small bag of mixed potatoes, halved
- Small bag of Brussels sprouts, halved
- Parmesan, or any hard cheese
- Garlic Salt
- Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Toss the sprouts and potatoes together with some olive oil to get them coated
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Grate a good bit of cheese over the parchment paper
- Sprinkle garlic salt over the cheese
- Grind some black pepper over the cheese mixture
- Place sprouts and potatoes, cut side down on the cheese mixture
- Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes

We served this with some slow cooker chuck roast.
